Privacy & your data.
Fireify is a brand operated by Magicka Ventures Co Limited, 215 Serenity Lane, KY1-1602, Cayman Islands. Contact: emaildevdude@gmail.com. This notice covers FireBoost and the Fireify website.
Information we process
For merchants, we process the shop domain, Shopify installation/session credentials, theme identifiers, experiment settings and support messages. Shopify authentication may supply merchant account details. We use these to authenticate and operate the app.
For store visitors, FireBoost uses pseudonymous visitor assignment, theme exposure, event identifiers and timestamps, page engagement counters, cart/checkout events and signed cart attribution. Attributed order records contain order IDs, monetary totals, currency, refunds, cancellation status and dates. Pseudonymous data is not necessarily anonymous.
The browser collector does not send keystrokes, customer names, email addresses, postal addresses, payment details or full checkout contents. Shopify order webhooks may contain additional customer information in transit; FireBoost's experiment records store the limited fields described above rather than the full webhook payload.
Purpose and consent
We process data to operate merchant-requested experiments, measure attributed outcomes, maintain security and respond to support and privacy requests. Merchants control their storefront notices and consent settings. Browser analytics respects Shopify's analytics-processing consent signal. Declined consent or blocked tracking reduces report coverage.
Providers and international processing
Shopify provides installation, commerce events and planned app billing. Fly.io hosts the app and database; Vultr/Ultra Web hosts this website; GitHub supports deployment. Our support inbox uses Gmail. These services may process data outside your country. We do not sell shopper data or use it for cross-store advertising.
Retention and deletion
Assignment expiry ends attribution eligibility; it does not automatically delete historical reports. Experiment records are retained to provide the merchant's reporting history until deleted through an applicable privacy request or shop-data deletion. Uninstalling stops collection; Shopify's shop-redaction request triggers deletion of the shop's application data. Restricted recovery backups can retain previously stored data until removed; they are not used for active analytics. Contact us to include recovery copies in a deletion request.
Your choices and rights
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about retention and service providers. Shoppers should identify the store involved; merchants can use Shopify's privacy request workflow. We verify authority and respond in accordance with applicable requirements. Never email passwords or payment information. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority.
